What sizes are your artwork prints offered in?

We offer print artworks in 13 x 18cm (5 x 7″), A4, A3 and A2.  Artwork designs may vary in the sizes available.

Can I order a custom size of a print artwork?

We do not print artworks to custom sizes.  State of Eden artworks are offered in a number of international standard sizes.

What is the difference between a Limited Edition and an Open Edition Print?

An Open Edition print has no limit on the number of times it can be produced.  State of Eden produces Open Edition prints for artworks in sizes 5 x 7”, A4, A3 and in some designs in A2.

A Limited Edition print, as the name suggests, is a print produced only in a limited number and once sold through will not be printed again.  The Limited Edition can be by a design or by a size.  Limited Edition prints are signed, numbered within their edition and are issued with a certificate of authentication signed by the artist.  They are more valuable than Open Edition prints as they are more collectable and rare.    At this stage State of Eden does not have a Limited Edition print range but this will be added in the future.

Do you offer framing?

Yes we do!  We offer custom framing by a professional framer on all A4, A3 and A2 prints.  Frame colours available are Tasmanian Oak, White or Black.  Our product pages will show you the prints in each frame colour for your reference.  Please note shipping charges apply for framed artwork.  Framing is not available to international customers or for our mini print range.

Can I see the prints in real life before purchasing?

State of Eden participates in a number of local markets in the Melbourne area.  We always love to chat with our customers and you get to see our beautiful prints up close and personal!  You can stay up to date with the markets that we are participating in on our Facebook page.

Your prints are more expensive than others I have seen, why is this?

The quality and cost of a print can vary significantly depending on the paper and ink quality and the printing machinery and method.  At State of Eden all original artworks are scanned and the digital files are professionally cleaned and colour corrected by a technician to ensure the print colours and appearance on the digital file are exactly as per the original artwork.  Print artworks are then put through a trial run with the printer and digital files are colour corrected again (all printers will print slightly differently).  For State of Eden prints we use a beautiful textured 310gsm cotton rag paper supplied by German paper company Hahnemuehle that complies with the highest archival standards.  A Fine Art Epson printer that holds 8 to 10 High Definition UV resistant pigment inks is used for printing and enables the outstanding replication of detail, colour and texture of the original artwork.  All prints are then signed by the artist and packaged carefully with backing board and cello bag to protect the artworks.  With care, State of Eden’s beautiful prints can be enjoyed for generations.

Are the print colours on screen exactly as they would be in real life?

We try very hard to replicate the exact look and feel of our artwork in all our product imagery.  However, the best representation of colour is our watermarked images of the print.  All screens and monitors will interpret colour differently depending on their make and settings so some small variance between screen and physical product may still occur.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We offer Credit Card payment through Square, PayPal and Afterpay.  Most international recognised credit cards can be processed through Square (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc).

Is Buying Online Safe?

The secure processing of your credit card and storage of your personal information is very important to us.  Our site uses a dedicated SSL certificate and we use a third party firewall and malware detection provider to ensure your personal information and our site is as secure as possible from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.   Payments are processed through reputable merchant services – Square, Paypal and Afterpay.  We do not keep a record of your credit card details once a transaction has been completed.

When your personal information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained or you request to be unsubscribed to any of our marketing channels, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use a mix of standard and registered mail for our items.

Standard mail is used for all stationery items.  Standard mail is untracked.

Registered mail is used for all print artworks (and orders that combine print artworks and stationery).  Registered mail is tracked and will require signature on delivery for all domestic orders and international orders over $160.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We have a comprehensive list of shipping delivery estimates on our Delivery & Returns page here.  Please note all delivery estimates are just that, estimates.  If you require your package sooner please email us or add a note with your order and we will work with you to get your package to you asap (please note express delivery may incur charges).

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do!  We ship to pretty much anywhere but if you are experiencing any issues with an international shipment when purchasing an item please contact us via our contact page or email us at info@stateofeden.com.au  

How much is shipping?

All domestic orders for stationery and unframed prints are shipped free – yeah for free shipping!! ♥

Framed prints are shipped with flat rates:

• A4 and A3 – AU$15
• A2 – AU$20

International orders are shipped with flat rates:

Stationery items:

• 1 card – AU$2, each additional card is charged at $2 each.

Print items:

• Mini Print (5 x 7″), A4 and A3 – AU$15
• A2, A1 or larger – AU$25
