Delivery and Returns

Dispatch Times

Orders will always be dispatched as quickly as possible but please use the below as a guide:

Stationery Items: 1-2 business days

Open Edition Prints: 2-3 business days

Limited Edition Prints: 5-7 business days (these items are printed to order)

If these is any delay to your order being dispatched we will notify you by email ASAP.


Shipping Methods

We use a mix of standard and registered mail through Australia Post and DHL express courier mail for international orders over AU$160.

Standard mail is used for all stationery items.  Standard mail is untracked.

For domestic orders of print artworks (and orders that combine print artworks and stationery) registered mail is used, this service is trackable and will require signature on delivery. For international orders over AU$160, DHL express courier mail is used, this service is trackable and requires signature upon delivery.  For all domestic print artworks items and international orders over AU$160 please ensure you or someone you trust will be available to sign for your package.  We are not able to deliver orders that fit this criteria with an authority to leave.


Delivery Times

Please note all delivery estimates are just that, estimates.  If you require your package sooner please email us or add a note with your order and we will work with you to get your package to you asap (please note express delivery may incur charges).

Standard Mail – used for all Stationery purchases.  Untracked.

Australia: 2-6 business days (depending on location)

New Zealand / Japan: 7 business days

United States: 6-8 business days

England / Europe: 8 – 10 business days

Rest of the world: 10 – 15 business days

Registered Mail – Used for all Print Artworks or a combination of Print Artworks and Stationery.  Tracked, will require signature on delivery for all domestic orders.

Australia: 3-4 business days (depending on location)

New Zealand: 5 business days

United States: 5-7 business days

Japan / China:  7-9 business days

England / Europe:  6 – 9 business  days

Rest of the world:  8 – 13 business days

DHL Express International – Used for all international orders of Print Artworks or a combination of Print Artworks and Stationery over AU$160.  Tracked, will require signature on delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We have endeavored to provide you with detailed product listings and accurate descriptions and visuals of all our artwork and stationery items but we do understand that sometimes circumstances change.  We are able to offer returns or exchanges on open edition prints and stationary items if an item is returned undamaged within 14 days of the date you receive the item.  Please note, however, that returns and exchanges are offered at our discretion on a case by case basis.  State of Eden is not responsible for any additional shipping charges that may be incurred in the return or exchange process.  There is no returns or exchanges possible on limited edition prints, sale items or gift cards.


Order Cancellations & Amendments

For any cancellation or change to your shipment please contact us within 24 hours of order placement at or via our contact page.  While it may not be always possible to cancel or amend orders we will try our best to accommodate any changes required.  It is not possible to cancel or amend an order for a limited edition print, sale item or gift card once the order has been placed.  Once an order for any item has been shipped we are not able to cancel or make amendments to your order.  At our discretion a refund on an order may be provided on an item if it is returned undamaged within 14 days of the date you receive the item.


Damaged Items

We take extra care to ensure your print or stationery will arrive safely but sometimes things do go wrong in the shipping process.  If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of your item being delivered with a photo of the damage on the print or card visible and the packaging (if applicable).  For all stocked items (Open Edition prints and stationery items) we will send a replacement item asap or provide a refund.  For Limited Edition prints we will request that the damaged item and its certificate of authentication be shipped back to us.  Once received, we will replace the Limited Edition print asap.  Any additional shipping costs incurred with damaged Limited Edition prints will be covered by State of Eden.
